Publication and Submission Fee: Authors are not required to pay fees for manuscript submission. Article Processing Fee (APC)/Publication charge is only applicable after acceptance. The fee, clearly outlined on the journal’s website, supports open access publication.
Open Access Policy: All articles are openly accessible, facilitating global knowledge exchange. Readers have free access to published articles and can reuse them with proper citation.
Data Access and Retention: Authors may be asked to provide raw data for editorial review. They should be prepared to offer public access to data and retain it for a reasonable time after publication.
Reporting Standards: Authors must present an accurate account of their work’s significance. Papers should provide sufficient detail for replication. Fraudulent or inaccurate statements are considered unethical.
Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must submit entirely original works, appropriately citing others’ work. Plagiarism and fraudulent data are prohibited. Any cases discovered post-publication will be investigated, and actions taken in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication: Publishing essentially the same research in more than one journal is unethical. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is unacceptable.
Acknowledgment of Sources: Authors must acknowledge others’ work, citing influential publications in their research.
Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should include those contributing significantly. The corresponding author must ensure all co-authors approve the final version for submission.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose financial or substantive conflicts of interest influencing results or interpretation. All project funding sources should be disclosed.
Fundamental Errors: Authors must promptly notify the editor of significant errors or inaccuracies discovered post-publication.
Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects: If the work involves hazardous materials or procedures, authors must clearly identify them.
Fair Play: Editors must evaluate manuscripts based on intellectual content, disregarding factors such as race, gender, or religious beliefs.
Confidentiality: Editors and editorial staff must maintain confidentiality, disclosing manuscript information only to authorized parties.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts must not be used in the editor’s research without the author’s written consent.
Publication Decisions: Editors decide which articles should be published based on validity and importance, guided by journal policies and legal requirements.
Review of Manuscripts: Editors must ensure fair and wise peer review. They should use appropriate reviewers with expertise and avoid conflicts of interest.
Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Peer review aids editors in decision-making and helps authors improve their work.
Promptness: Referees unable to review promptly or feeling unqualified should notify the editor.
Standards of Objectivity: Reviews must be objective, avoiding personal criticism. Referees should express views with supporting arguments.
Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential and not share them without authorization.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must keep privileged information confidential. They should not review manuscripts with conflicts of interest.
Acknowledgement of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant uncited work, noting any similarities between the manuscript and known publications.
